Cedar Oak Farms and our artisans share an unwavering passion for spices, food, local products, and small businesses.
Our resident chef, Ella, uses her special spice blends and knowledge of herbs to brighten dishes and add immense flavor to her creations. The menu is rooted in what comes from our farm as well as the region. Whether cooking for “The Food Shed & Bread Shop” or creating new and creative pizzas for “Pizza on the Patio” you can count on fresh, flavorful cuisine.
Our jewelry designer, Delores, is a gifted artist who uses natural materials to create beautiful and unique pieces. Her love for jewelry design started out as a hobby and quickly turned into a business. “I loved the process of connecting to my heart, designing and knotting each gemstone and infusing them with positive intentions and affirmations.”
Ella is also our bread maker. She grew up baking bread in her Oma’s kitchen and is at her happiest surrounded by the earthy scent of yeast proofing and bread baking. She enjoys rustic and sourdough breads, but always includes one or two sweet breads for those who have a bit of a sweet tooth. Her breads are sold during the markets every third Saturday of the month June thru November.
Our farm manager, Bo, keeps the farm up and running doing an array of jobs from maintenance to security. He comes from a long line of farmers and has an true respect for the ground. That along with his agricultural and drainage knowledge allows our gardens to thrive. Under his care we produce some of the finest herbs and vegetables that we use in our culinary creations.
